Our specialty is Occupied Home Staging - A hands-on service for homeowners who are residing in their home during the time of the selling process. If you are preparing an already furnished property for market, I provide homeowners with a task list for decluttering, cleaning, and repairs prior to listing. I will then return for a 1/2 day or full day staging to re-purpose existing furniture. There is also an option to supplement with select new items and rentals.
